Pet hair and odour removal

Tomas Price, Coating TechnicianUpdated May 2026 · Miami studio

Vacuums alone leave half the hair behind — static weaves it into boot carpet. And air fresheners only mask odour; bacteria in the foam keeps making more.

Rubber first, vacuum second

A damp rubber glove or rubber brush balled across the carpet pulls hair into clumps a vacuum can actually pick up. Work in one direction, then vacuum against the pile.

Enzymes, not perfume

Enzyme cleaners digest the proteins that cause pet and milk smells. Mist lightly, dwell ten minutes, then extract — soaking foam cushions makes things worse.

When to hand it over

Hair woven into boot carpet, headliner stains or smoke need hot-water extraction. Our full interior detail takes three to four hours and finishes with odour-neutralising treatment.
