What it actually does

A ceramic coating is a liquid polymer that bonds to your clear coat and cures into a hard, glass-like layer. Water sheets off, dirt releases with a rinse, UV fade slows dramatically, and washing takes half the time. It does not make paint scratch-proof — anyone promising that is selling fantasy.

The maths for a daily driver

Our coating packages run roughly the price of eighteen months of monthly spray-wax visits — and the coating lasts three to five years with basic maintenance. If you wash monthly and park outside, you break even in year two and spend years three to five ahead on both money and Saturdays.

When wax still wins

Leased car going back in eighteen months? Stick with sealant. Garage-kept weekend car washed by hand for fun? Wax gives you a warmer glow for less money. Coating pays off for cars that live outside and work hard.

Maintenance is easy but not optional

Coated cars still need washing — dirt just comes off faster. Avoid automatic brush tunnels with harsh acids, use pH-neutral soap, and come back once a year for our inspection wash so the warranty stays valid.
